At J.C. Holdway, we cook with intention. Every dish begins with what is fresh, in season, and close to home—sourced from local farms, foraged from the hills of East Tennessee, or harvested from Chef Joseph Lenn’s garden. To reflect this rhythm, our menus change daily.
 

Because our offerings evolve so frequently, we share sample menus online rather than daily updates. These samples represent the style of our cooking and the ingredients we celebrate, though specific dishes may vary from night to night.

We honor Southern traditions while applying refined technique, crafting food that is soulful, precise, and rooted in a strong sense of place.
