Book on Resy

Dining in for Valentine's Day at our restaurant requires a prepaid Resy reservation. Resy will open at noon on January 14 for booking for Valentine's Day, February 14 (until sold out).

Reservation Times

Beginning at 5 pm, we have a limited number of staggered dinner reservations until 9 pm. Parties up to 4 are permitted a 1.5-hour experience, which allows all of our guests to enjoy a full culinary experience at our restaurant. Please keep this in mind when booking your reservation, so other guests that have reservations after you likewise get to enjoy a full dining experience with us.

Valentine's Day Dinner

The 4-course Valentine's Day Menu features: salad, shrimp, beef tenderloin, and more. The cost is $95 per person (excluding tax, service charge, and beverages), and must be prepaid at the time of booking. Supplements and a tiered wine pairing may be added on at the time of service.

The Valentine's set menu is the only option that evening, and is subject to change due to the availability of ingredients. There is no splitting or sharing of the menu allowed.

 

Dietary Adjustments

We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions if we know about them prior to your arrival. Add them as a special request note when booking or email us at info@jcholdway.com. The 4-course menu is the only option this evening, and we are unable to accommodate last minute dietary notifications.

Wine Pairing

We offer an optional wine pairing with wines curated by our sommelier to specifically pair with the Valentine's Day Menu. Advanced notification of wine pairings is not required, but appreciated.

 

Simply add that you intend to do the wine pairing as a special request note when making your Resy reservation. Wine pairings require payment in person at the end of the meal. Your payment in Resy is only for your dinner. There are no substitutions or splits with wine pairings.

Corkage

Cocktails and wine pairings may be added at the time of service and paid for at the end of the meal. At this time we are not offering corkage; however, we offer a comprehensive wine list and a sommelier on site to assist you.

Payment

The cost for the 4-course dinner menu is $95 per person (beverages not included) and prepaid in Resy at the time of the reservation booking. One Resy ticket = one seat.

Cancellations

Just like a concert, this Resy ticket purchase is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable to other dates.

Children

Children are always welcome, but we do not offer a children's version of the Valentine's Day menu, or any additional children's menus for dining in. Due to capacity restrictions and subsequent staffing limitations, at this time there is no splitting or sharing of the Valentine's menu. We also do not have high chairs or booster seats.
