If you are new to dining with us, we invite you to review our FAQ before booking. We accept dinner reservations via Resy for parties of up to six. For groups of seven or more, please complete the brief form on our Groups & Parties page.
For a curated five-course experience at the Chef’s Counter, reserve the Chef’s Tasting Menu through Resy by selecting the 6:30 PM “CHEF'S TASTING” option (you may adjust it during booking if another time is preferred).
FIND AND RESERVE A TABLE
Reservations open 30 days in advance at noon and can be booked through our online Resy system above. If your preferred date or time is unavailable, we recommend joining the “Notify” list or selecting an alternate date. Our restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
RESERVATION TIMES

À La Carte Menu: We allot up to 2 hours for parties of up to 4 guests and 2.5 hours for larger groups to ensure a full dining experience. To enjoy an extended experience without a seating after yours, book our second seating at 8:00 p.m. or later.

Chef’s Tasting Menu: This five-course experience is designed to last approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Reservations are typically booked at 6:30 PM, though you may adjust the time when reserving—up to 7:30 PM on weekdays and 8:00 PM on weekends, subject to availability.
CANCELLATIONS

À La Carte: A credit card is required to hold your table. Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance will incur a $25 per person fee.

Chef’s Tasting: A $75 per person deposit (inclusive of tax and service charge) is required at the time of booking. Cancellations are fully refundable up to 72 hours in advance. After that, the deposit is non-refundable and the sale is final.
SPLIT CHECKS
We can accommodate up to two separate payments per table. Individual itemized checks are not available for large parties.
CORKAGE POLICY
We do not permit corkage or allow guests to bring outside wine or other beverages.
OUTSIDE CAKES/DESSERTS
Outside cakes and desserts are not permitted. However, our in-house baker is happy to create a custom cake with five or more days’ notice. To inquire, please email us at hello@jcholdway.com.
