If you are new to dining with us, we invite you to review our FAQ before booking.
Dinner reservations are accepted through Resy for parties of up to six guests. For groups of 7–20, we offer our Center of the Table Experience, a shared seasonal menu designed for group dining. For larger groups or those seeking privacy, including main dining room or full restaurant buyouts, please visit our Groups & Parties page.
Our menu changes frequently and reflects seasonal ingredients. During standard dinner service, guests may dine à la carte or select the Chef’s Classics Menu, a five-course signature dinner chosen at the table.
Guests seeking our most immersive dining experience may inquire about the Chef’s Tasting Experience, a private chef’s counter buyout prepared personally by Chef Joseph Lenn.
FIND AND RESERVE A TABLE
Reservations open 30 days in advance at noon and can be booked through our online Resy system above. If your preferred date or time is unavailable, we recommend joining the “Notify” list or selecting an alternate date. Our restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Sundays and Mondays.
SEATING TIMES
We offer multiple seatings each evening. Our first seating begins between 5:00 and 6:15 p.m. The length of this seating may vary depending on party size, and additional seatings follow. Guests who prefer a longer or more relaxed evening are encouraged to reserve our later seatings beginning at 8:00 p.m.
RESERVATION TIMES
We allot up to 2.0 hours for parties of up to four guests and 2.5 hours for larger groups to ensure a complete dining experience.
The Chef's Classics Menu is designed to be enjoyed within the standard dining time, with pacing guided by the kitchen and service team.
CANCELLATIONS
A credit card is required to hold your table. Cancellations made less than 4.0 hours in advance will incur a $25 per person fee.
The Chef’s Tasting is selected at the table at the start of your reservation; therefore, deposits are no longer required for the experience.
SPLIT CHECKS
We can accommodate up to two separate payments per table. Individual itemized checks are not available for large parties.
CORKAGE POLICY
We do not permit corkage or allow guests to bring outside wine or other beverages.
OUTSIDE CAKES/DESSERTS
Outside cakes and desserts are not permitted. However, our in-house baker may create a custom cake with 5 or more days’ notice. To inquire, please email us at hello@jcholdway.com.
