If you are new to dining with us, we invite you to review our FAQ before booking. We accept dinner reservations via Resy for parties of up to six. For parties of seven to twenty, we offer our Center of the Table experience. For larger groups or those seeking privacy (main dining room or full restaurant buyout), visit Groups & Parties.

​We offer multiple seatings each evening. Our first seating begins between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. The length of this seating may vary depending on party size, and additional seatings follow. Guests who prefer a longer or more extended evening are encouraged to reserve our later seatings, which start at 8:00 p.m. For a curated six-course Chef's Tasting experience at tables in our dining room, reserve on Resy by selecting the 6:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. “Chef’s Tasting” option, subject to availability.​

Kindly note our holiday schedule. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. We are open on Christmas Eve with our à la carte menu and offer a dedicated New Year’s Eve experience.

FIND AND RESERVE A TABLE

Reservations open 30 days in advance at noon and can be booked through our online Resy system above. If your preferred date or time is unavailable, we recommend joining the “Notify” list or selecting an alternate date. Our restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

RESERVATION TIMES

  • À La Carte Menu: We allot up to two hours for parties of up to four guests and 2.5 hours for larger groups to ensure a full dining experience. Our first seating is between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m., followed by additional seatings later in the evening. To enjoy an extended experience without a seating after yours, book our later seating at 8:00 p.m. or later.

  • Chef’s Tasting Menu: This six-course experience is designed to last approximately 2.5 hours. Reservations are at 6:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m., subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS

  • À La Carte: A credit card is required to hold your table. Cancellations made less than four hours in advance will incur a $25 per person fee.

  • Chef’s Tasting: A $99 per person deposit (inclusive of tax and service charge) is required at the time of booking. Cancellations are fully refundable up to 72 hours in advance. After that, the deposit is non-refundable and the sale is final.

SPLIT CHECKS

We can accommodate up to two separate payments per table. Individual itemized checks are not available for large parties.

CORKAGE POLICY

We do not permit corkage or allow guests to bring outside wine or other beverages.

OUTSIDE CAKES/DESSERTS

Outside cakes and desserts are not permitted. However, our in-house baker is happy to create a custom cake with five or more days’ notice. To inquire, please email us at hello@jcholdway.com.
