DONATION REQUEST GUIDELINES

 

Thank you for inquiring about a donation for your organization. Magnolia Hospitality is committed to helping a variety of charitable causes and events. Requests must be received in writing at least 3 months prior to the event. Kindly note that we received 200+ different requests just last calendar year, and we are unable to accommodate all but a few of these.

 

All requests must be submitted by email at info@jcholdway.com. We do not respond to donation requests in our social media, and/or by text/phone calls to the restaurant or owners.  In order to be considered for a donation, the organization must be recognized as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. 

Magnolia Hospitality will only consider contributions to not-for-profit organizations on a local, regional, and/or national platform. If a donation is approved, you will be contacted via phone or e-mail within 2 weeks of your request. Follow up calls and emails are not necessary. If you are not contacted, this is an indication that we are unable to honor your request.
