DONATION REQUEST GUIDELINES
Thank you for inquiring about a donation for your organization. Magnolia Hospitality is committed to supporting a variety of charitable causes. To be considered, requests must be submitted in writing at least 3 months before the event date. Please note that we receive over 200 requests each year, and are only able to fulfill a limited number.
All requests must be emailed to info@jcholdway.com. We do not respond to donation requests via social media, text, or phone calls. The organization must be recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Magnolia Hospitality considers contributions to not-for-profit organizations on local, regional, or national platforms. If your donation is approved, you will be contacted via phone or email within 2 weeks. Please refrain from making follow-up calls or emails. If you do not hear from us, it means we are unable to fulfill your request.
