AVAILABILITY

Our Chef's Tasting Menu is available on Tuesday - Saturday during our operating hours, and is perfect for your special occasion or holiday gathering. Let Chef Lenn curate a 6-course plated dinner, with optional wine pairings, for you and your guests.⁣

 

EVENT FORMAT

A 7-day minimum advanced notice is required. The Tasting Menu will consist of 6 seasonally-inspired courses, executed by James Beard Award winner Chef Joseph Lenn and his culinary team. This is a 2-hour experience at the Chef's Counter, which seats up to 6 guests side-by-side and offers a front row seat to viewing our chefs preparing your menu. We request that your entire party participate in the experience. Due to the nature of the menu we will not be able to accommodate vegetarian or vegan restrictions.

 

When booking, kindly notify our events team of your preferred reservation time and any dietary restrictions or allergies for your party.

WINE PAIRINGS

We offer a customized wine pairing for this experience curated by our sommelier team. If you are interested in wine pairings, kindly let us know at the time of booking.

 

PRICING

Pricing is $175 per person (not including alcohol, tax, or service charges). A 20% service charge is automatically added to your final bill to help us pay the wages of the staff and to increase the wages of our employees to above the current minimum wage for all employees in TN. This fee is not a tip; if you would like to tip your server, we welcome you doing so.

CANCELLATION FEE

We kindly ask that you honor the total number of guests booked for your Chef's Tasting Menu. A minimum per-person cancellation fee will be automatically assessed by our system if the number in your party changes/no-shows less than 4 hours prior to your reservation time. Please confirm with all members of your party prior to your deadline to avoid cancellation fees.
