CHEF'S SEASONAL PRIX FIXE EXPERIENCE

A memorable culinary journey with James Beard Award-winning Chef Joseph Lenn.

OVERVIEW

Offered exclusively at the Chef’s Counter, this five-course experience showcases the best of each season. Each menu is crafted the week of your visit using ingredients sourced from local farms, regional purveyors, and Chef Lenn’s own garden. Every course is plated individually, with thoughtful service and attention to detail.

 

This two-hour experience is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, or guests simply seeking an elevated evening of hospitality and cuisine.⁣

HOW TO RESERVE

We invite you to begin the reservation process by submitting your inquiry through the following form.

Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance and are not confirmed until approved by our team.

 

This experience must be reserved for a minimum of two guests and can accommodate up to six guests total.

During the confirmation process, our team will finalize your booking details, including any dietary considerations and your preference regarding wine pairings. At this time, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and allium-free dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.⁣

AVAILABILITY

The Chef’s Prix Fixe Experience is available Tuesday through Saturday during our normal operating hours from March through October. It is not offered on holidays or home football game weekends.

 

The five-course set menu is served exclusively at the Chef’s Counter. Due to the proximity of the Chef’s Counter to our oyster station and the open nature of our kitchen, we cannot accommodate severe shellfish allergies, or other severe food allergies, as cross-contamination may occur.

 

EVENT FORMAT

This two-hour dining experience includes individually plated courses and offers a front-row view of the chefs at work. The prix fixe menu is a shared experience, and the entire party must participate.

 

Our sommelier team offers customized wine pairings to complement your menu. If you wish to add wine pairings, please indicate this during the booking process.

 

PRICING

The cost is $145 per guest, excluding beverages, alcohol, taxes, and service charges. Optional wine pairings are $75 per guest. A 20% service charge is automatically added to your final bill. This fee supports fair wages for our staff, ensuring that all employees earn above the minimum wage in Tennessee. This fee is not a tip; additional gratuities for our service staff are welcome and appreciated.

CANCELLATION FEE

We require adherence to the number of guests confirmed for your reservation, as special ingredients are ordered specifically for your menu in advance. A $50 per-person cancellation fee will apply if there is a reduction in your party size or a no-show within 24 hours of your reservation time. Kindly confirm your final guest count well ahead of your reservation to avoid these fees.
