CHEF'S TASTING MENU

HOW TO RESERVE

Email us at info@jcholdway.com to begin your reservation process. Reservations for this experience can only be made through our General Manager. A minimum of seven days' advance notice is required to book the Chef’s Tasting Menu.

During the confirmation process, our team will finalize your booking details, including any dietary considerations, the names of guests for personalized place cards, and your preference regarding wine pairings. At this time, vegetarian and vegan dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.⁣

AVAILABILITY

The Chef’s Tasting Menu is available Tuesday through Saturday during our normal operating hours from March through October. It is not offered on holidays or home football game weekends.

 

The tasting menu is served exclusively at the Chef’s Counter, which accommodates up to six guests. Due to the proximity of the Chef’s Counter to our oyster station and the open nature of our kitchen, we cannot accommodate severe shellfish allergies or other severe food allergies, as cross-contamination may occur.

 

EVENT FORMAT

This 2.5-hour dining experience includes six plated courses and offers a front-row view of the chefs at work. The tasting menu is a shared experience, and the entire party must participate.

 

Our sommelier team offers customized wine pairings to complement your menu. If you wish to add wine pairings, please indicate this during the booking process.

 

PRICING

The cost is $199 per person, excluding beverages, alcohol, taxes, and service charges. A 20% service charge is automatically added to your final bill. This fee supports fair wages for our staff, ensuring that all employees earn above the minimum wage in Tennessee. This fee is not a tip; additional gratuities for our service staff are welcome and appreciated.

CANCELLATION FEE

We require adherence to the number of guests confirmed for your reservation, as special ingredients are ordered specifically for your menu in advance. A $100 per-person cancellation fee will apply if there is a reduction in your party size or a no-show within 24 hours of your reservation time. Kindly confirm your final guest count well ahead of your reservation to avoid these fees.
