At J.C. Holdway, we cook with intention. Our menus begin with what is fresh, in season, and close to home, sourced from local farms, foraged from the hills of East Tennessee, or harvested from Chef Joseph Lenn’s garden.

Because our offerings evolve with the seasons, we share sample menus online rather than daily updates. These menus reflect the style of our cooking and the ingredients we celebrate, though specific dishes may change from night to night.

 

Rooted in Southern tradition and guided by refined technique, our cooking reflects a deep respect for seasonality, craft, and place.
