DINE-IN

We offer our à la carte dinner menu starting at 5:00 p.m. each week. Our menu changes frequently to feature the freshest ingredients from local farmers and purveyors.

RESERVATIONS

Dinner reservations via Resy are strongly recommended, with walk-ins welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis. We offer a limited number of staggered reservations starting at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday, until sold out.

LARGE PARTIES

For parties of six or fewer, book through Resy. Reservations open exactly 30 days before the desired date at noon. For seven or more, please fill out our short Google form on the Parties & Events page.

RESERVATION TIMES

We allot up to two hours for parties of up to four guests, and 2.5 hours for larger parties to ensure a full culinary experience. Please keep this in mind when booking to allow subsequent guests the same experience. For an extended dining experience, select a reservation time of 8:00 p.m. or later.

PAYMENT POLICY

No prepayment is required, but a credit card is needed to hold your reservation.

CANCELLATION FEE

We kindly ask that you honor your reservation. A $25 per person fee applies if canceled less than four hours prior.

SPLIT CHECKS

We can accommodate up to two separate payments (credit cards or cash) per table. Individual itemized checks are not available for large partiesWe encourage guests to coordinate reimbursement in advance.

GIFT CARDS

Physical and digital e-Gift cards are accepted and can be applied to your total. Tipping is permitted on gift cards.

À LA CARTE MENU

Our à la carte menu is available in the dining room, Chef's Counter, Bar, and Covered Patio. The menu changes frequently to feature the freshest local ingredients.

CHEF'S TASTING MENU

We also offer a seasonal five-course Chef's Prix Fixe Experience at the Chef's Counter from March to October.

DIETARY ADJUSTMENTS

Please inform us of dietary restrictions at least 24 hours in advance when booking. We strive to accommodate mild allergies but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to our kitchen's size.

CHILDREN'S MENU

While children are welcome, we do not offer a children's menu. Due to space constraints, we do not provide diaper changing stations, highchairs, or booster seats. Include children in your reservation count. Please be advised that our dining room has closely spaced tables, and larger objects such as strollers and carriers may not be suitable for our seating arrangements.

CORKAGE

We do not permit corkage or allow guests to bring outside wine or other beverages. 

OUTSIDE CAKES/DESSERTS

We do not permit outside cakes or desserts. Cakes by our in-house baker can be pre-ordered with a minimum of five days' notice via email at hello@jcholdway.com.

COVERED PATIO

To reserve the patio, add it as a special request note in your Resy reservation. We will do our best to honor your request. The patio is covered but does not have heaters. Please dress for the weather and feel free to bring blankets during cooler months.

CHEF'S COUNTER

To reserve the Chef's Counter, add it as a special request note in your Resy reservation. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee it. Priority is given to our in-house events, including the Chef's Prix Fixe Experience. The Chef's Counter features six bar stools at a high counter directly facing our open kitchen, providing a bird's-eye view of the chefs at work.

BAR

We do not take reservations for the bar; walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.
