DINE-IN

Each week we offer our à la carte menu for dinner service beginning at 5 p.m. Our menu changes frequently in order to focus on utilizing the freshest ingredients from local farmers and purveyors.

RESERVATIONS

Dinner reservations in Resy are strongly recommended, and walk-ins will be welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis. Beginning at 5 p.m. on Tuesday - Saturday, we offer a limited number of staggered reservations, until sold out.

LARGE PARTIES

We accept dinner reservations through Resy for parties of 6 or fewer. For reservations of 7 or more, please fill out our Google events form by visiting our Group Events page.

RESERVATION TIMES

Our Chef's Counter, Dining Room, and Covered Patio are open for reservations beginning at 5 p.m. Based on your party size, we reserve 1.5 hours for parties of two, and for parties of four or more we reserve 2 hours. This allows all of our guests to enjoy a full culinary experience at our restaurant.

PAYMENT POLICY

Although no prepayment is required, a credit card is required to hold the reservation.

CANCELLATION FEE

We kindly ask that you honor your reservation. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and a cancellation fee of $25 per person will only be assessed if the reservation is cancelled less than four hours prior.

SPLIT CHECKS

Our system only permits up to 4 separate payments (credit cards or cash) per table.

GIFT CARDS

Feel free to bring your physical or digital gift card, as it may be applied towards your check total. Tipping is permitted on our gift cards.

À LA CARTE MENU

We offer an à la carte menu for dining in, which is available in the dining room, including the Chef's Counter, Bar and our Covered Patio. Our menu changes frequently in order to focus on utilizing the freshest ingredients from local farmers and purveyors.

DIETARY ADJUSTMENTS

We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions if we know about them prior to your arrival. Advanced notice of 24 hours is required. Please add them as a special request note when booking. We try to accommodate mild allergies but cannot guarantee that we work in an allergen-free environment given the size of our kitchen.

CHILDREN'S MENU

Children are always welcome, but we do not offer a special children's menu. Additionally, due to dining space constraints we are not able to offer a diaper changing station, highchairs, or booster seats for children. Please include any children in your party count when making a reservation.

CORKAGE

Our corkage fee is $50 per 750 mL bottle (2 bottle limit). Note we have a sommelier team to assist with our extensive in-house wine collection.

OUTSIDE CAKES/DESSERTS

We no longer permit outside cakes/desserts. Cakes created by our in-house baker may be pre-ordered with a minimum 5-day advanced notice via email to info@jcholdway.com.

COVERED PATIO

To reserve the patio, add it as a special request note when making your Resy reservation. We will do our best to honor your request. Our patio is covered but does not yet at this time have heaters. Please dress accordingly for the weather, and feel free to bring your own blankets during cooler weather.

CHEF'S COUNTER

To reserve the Chef's Counter, add it as a special request note when making your Resy reservation. We will do our best to honor your request, but cannot guarantee it. Priority for the Chef's Counter seating is given for our in-house events, including the Chef's Tasting Menu experience. Our Chef's Counter is separate from our bar area. It has six bar stools at a high counter directly facing our open kitchen, giving guests a bird's-eye view of the chefs at work.

BAR

Reservations are not accepted for the Bar, and walk-ins are welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis.
