Each week we offer a "new" 4-course set dinner menu in our bar and dining room, with optional wine pairings. Our dine-in menu is a different menu than our all-day curbside take-out menu, and we now offer a limited bar menu.
Dining in at our restaurant requires a Resy reservation. Beginning at 5 pm every Tuesday - Saturday, we now offer a limited number of staggered, dinner reservations until sold out. Resy is now open for the week of December 1.
The cost is $65 per person and prepaid at the time of the reservation booking. Prepaid reservations are final and non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest for the same day and time without any additional fees.
Although reservations are non-refundable, they may be transferred to a later date with advanced notice of at least one day. Need to cancel at the last minute (i.e., the day of)? While we cannot offer a refund, please contact us and arrange to pick up your prix fixe dinner to-go instead.
Prix Fixe Menu

Each week we offer an entrée substitution (for the main course only) of wood-grilled ribeye [$15] or oven-roasted chicken [free] with our choice of sides. The entrée substitution will be charged at the time of your reservation at the end of your meal. Due to limited staffing we cannot substitute any other courses, or offer any splitting or sharing of the dine-in menu.
Advanced notification of entrée substitutions is not required, but may be added as a special request note when booking your dine-in reservation.
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions if we know about them prior to your arrival. Please add them as a special request note when booking or email us at email@example.com.
Children are always welcome, but we do not offer a children's version of the 4-course menu, or any additional children's menus for dining in. Due to capacity restrictions and subsequent staffing limitations, at this time there is no splitting or sharing of the dine-in menu.
We offer a 3-tiered wine pairing for $45 per person, with wines curated by our sommelier team to pair with each week's dine-in menu. Advanced notification of wine pairings is not required, but appreciated.
Simply add that you intend to do the wine pairing as a special request note when making your Resy reservation. Wine pairings require payment in person at the end of the meal. Your payment in Resy is only for your dinner. There are no substitutions or splits with wine pairings.
Guests may prepay in Resy individually and then be combined as a group, up to 10 per table. Simply add the information of the guests you intend to sit with as a special request note when making your Resy reservation.
Resy cannot accept gift cards as payment for your reservations. Instead, call us at (865) 312-9050 to book your reservation and bring the gift card to redeem in person at your reservation. You will be charged the $65 (plus tax and service charge) per person fee at the time of your reservation, and your gift card will be applied towards your check total. Tipping is permitted on our gift cards.
Cocktails and wine may be added at the time of service and paid for at the end of the meal. At this time we are not offering corkage; however, we offer a comprehensive wine list and a sommelier on site to assist you.
As an added safety measure, no outside cakes or food may be brought in, but you may preorder specialty cakes and cupcakes created by our in-house baker.
Our patio is covered but does not yet at this time have heaters. Please dress accordingly for the weather, and feel free to bring your own wool blankets. To reserve the patio, add it as a special request note when making your Resy reservation.
We offer a limited bar snack menu that includes oysters, shrimp cocktail, hush puppies, and other snacks. The 4-course prix fixe menu and wood-grilled ribeye may also be enjoyed at the bar. Our curbside takeout menu is not offered at the bar. Reservations are not accepted for the bar, and walk-ins are welcomed on a first-come first-served basis. View our limited bar menu here.
Per Knox County Health Department guidelines, we kindly ask our guests to wear a mask other than when seated at your table or bar seat. Upon arrival please remain outside until the hostess stand is available for your party, maintaining 6' distance from other guests.
At this time our Chef's Counter is closed, but our bar, dining room, and covered patio remain open. Reservation times are limited to 90 minutes to permit us time to clean and sanitize in between seatings.
We are adhering to all national (CDC, National Restaurant Association, FDA), Tennessee state, and Knox County guidelines regarding COVID-19 preparedness. Additionally, we are proud to follow the James Beard Foundation guidances for safely reopening.
Also, we are the first restaurant in downtown Knoxville to install patented technology, self-cleaning air purifiers in our HVAC units. They are duct-mounted commercial air cleaners that kill pathogens like mold, bacteria, and viruses without ozone, mercury, or other harmful byproducts.
