DINE-IN

Dining at our restaurant requires a Resy reservation. Beginning at 5 pm every Tuesday - Saturday, we now offer a limited number of staggered, dinner reservations until sold out. The Resy reservation system is now open for the weeks of June 30 and July 7.

Each week we will debut a new 4-course menu. Peek HERE at our Weeks of June 30 & July 7 Menus. The cost is $65 per person and prepaid at the time of the reservation booking. Prepaid reservations are final and non-refundable. You may transfer your reservation (for the same time and date) to another guest with advanced notification.

 

Due to capacity restrictions and subsequent staffing limitations, there is no splitting, substitutions, or menu adjustments offered. However, we will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions if we know about them prior to your arrival.

Guest Check-In

Per Knox County Health Department Guidelines, we kindly ask our guests to wear a mask other than when seated at your table. Upon arrival for your reservation please remain outside until the hostess stand is available for your party, maintaining 6 feet distance from other guests.

Reservation Times

At this time our Chef's Counter and bar areas are closed, but our dining room and covered patio remain open. Reservation times are limited to 90 minutes to permit us time to clean and sanitize in between seatings.

Corkage

Cocktails and wine may be added at the time of service and paid for at the end of the meal. At this time we are not offering corkage; however, we offer a comprehensive wine list and a sommelier on site to assist you.

 

Cakes

As an added safety measure, no outside cakes or food may be brought in, but you may preorder specialty cakes created by our in-house pastry chef.

Split Payments

Guests may prepay in Resy individually and then be combined as a group, up to 10 per table. Simply add the information of the guests you intend to sit with as a special request note when making your Resy reservation.

Gift Cards

Resy cannot accept gift cards as payment for your reservations. Instead, call us at (865)312-9050 to book your reservation and bring the gift card to redeem in person at your reservation. You will be charged the $65 (plus tax and service charge) per person fee at the time of your reservation, and your gift card will be applied towards your check total. Tipping is permitted on our gift cards.

TAKE-OUT

Contactless curbside pickup is also available from 11 am - 8 pm every Tuesday - Saturday. We accept our last order at 7:45 pm. View our curbside menu HERE. Menus may vary daily, so check our website and social media before you order. We do not permit splits or substitutions on takeout orders.

Kindly note we are offering a limited quantity of curbside items each day/night, so please order early. Online ordering is available starting at 10:30 am.

POP-UPS

We will be offering "pop-up" take-out Meal Deal dinners, which will be announced HERE and on our social media, and purchased online the day of. We expect these occasional "pop-up" take-out dinners to sell out fast, so plan to order them quickly online after they are announced.

WE CARE

We are adhering to all national (CDC, National Restaurant Association, FDA), Tennessee state, and Knox County guidelines regarding COVID-19 preparedness. Additionally, we are proud to follow the James Beard Foundation guidances for safely reopening. 

 

Also, we are the first restaurant in downtown Knoxville to install patented technology, self-cleaning air purifiers in our HVAC units. They are duct-mounted commercial air cleaners that kill pathogens like mold, bacteria, and viruses without ozone, mercury, or other harmful byproducts.⁣⁣
