DINE-IN

Each week we offer two ways to dine-in with us: our à la carte menu and our 4-course set dinner menu, with an optional wine pairing. We will also continue to offer our all-day curbside takeout menu.

Reservations

Dinner reservations in Resy are strongly recommended, and walk-ins will be welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis. Beginning at 5 pm every Tuesday - Saturday, we offer a limited number of staggered reservations, until sold out.

Payment Policy

As of Wednesday, February 17, 2021, no prepayment will be required given the menu is à la carte. However a credit card is required to hold the reservation.

Cancellation

We kindly ask that you honor your reservation, as we still have limited capacity due to health code regulations. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and a cancellation fee of $25 per person will only be assessed if the reservation is cancelled less than four hours prior.

À La Carte Menu

We will offer an à la carte menu for dining in. Click HERE to view our à la carte dine-in menu. This à la carte dine-in menu is available in the dining room, including the Chef's Counter and bar, and our covered patio.

Prix Fixe Menu

Additionally, each week Chef Lenn will continue to offer a new 4-course set menu, as he has been doing since June 2020. Click HERE to view our weekly prix fixe menu. The prix fixe menu will still be $65 per person and will still require full participation from all guests at the table. There is no splitting of the prix fixe menu, and no exceptions. Advanced notice of the prix fixe menu is not required, but appreciated, by adding a special request note when making your Resy reservation.

Dietary Adjustments

We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions if we know about them prior to your arrival. Advanced notice of 24 hours is required. Please add them as a special request note when booking.

Children's Menu

Children are always welcome, but we do not offer a special children's menu.

Wine Pairing

We offer a 3-tiered wine pairing for $45 per person, with wines curated by our sommelier team intended to pair with each week's prix fixe menu. The wine pairing will change each week to complement that week's prix fixe menu. Advanced notification of wine pairings is not required, but appreciated, by adding a special request note when making your Resy reservation.

Gift Cards

Feel free to bring your physical or digital gift card, as it may be applied towards your check total. Tipping is permitted on our gift cards.

Corkage

At this time we are not offering corkage; however, we offer a comprehensive wine list and a sommelier on site to assist you.

 

Cakes

As an added safety measure, no outside cakes or food may be brought in, but you may preorder specialty cakes created by our in-house baker.

Covered Patio

Our patio is covered but does not yet at this time have heaters. Please dress accordingly for the weather, and feel free to bring your own blankets. To reserve the patio, add it as a special request note when making your Resy reservation.

Bar

We offer both the à la carte dine-in menu and the 4-course prix fixe menu at the bar. Reservations are not accepted for the bar, and walk-ins are welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guest Check-In

Per Knox County Health Department guidelines, we kindly ask our guests to wear a mask other than when seated at your table or bar seat. Upon arrival please remain outside until the hostess stand is available for your party, maintaining 6' distance from other guests.

Reservation Times

At this time our Chef's Counter is closed, but our bar, dining room, and covered patio remain open. Reservation times are limited to 90 minutes to permit us time to clean and sanitize in between seatings.

We Care

We are adhering to all national (CDC, National Restaurant Association, FDA), Tennessee state, and Knox County guidelines regarding COVID-19 preparedness. Additionally, we are proud to follow the James Beard Foundation guidances for safely operating.

 

We were the first restaurant in downtown Knoxville to install patented technology, self-cleaning air purifiers in our HVAC units. They are duct-mounted commercial air cleaners that kill pathogens like mold, bacteria, and viruses without ozone, mercury, or other harmful byproducts.⁣⁣
