THE EXPERIENCE

The Chef’s Classics Menu is a five-course prix fixe dinner highlighting the dishes, ingredients, and live-fire cooking that define J.C. Holdway. It is available Tuesday through Saturday at any table in the dining room.

HOW TO RESERVE

Make a standard dinner reservation through Resy. No advance selection is required. Chef’s Classics may be selected after arrival, must be enjoyed by the entire table, and does not require a deposit.

DINNER FORMAT & PRICING

The experience begins with small snacks, followed by five courses. Guests select one option from each course, with pacing guided by the kitchen and service team.

Because the menu follows the season and daily sourcing, dishes change and are not published online in advance. Optional supplements and wine pairings may be offered.

Chef’s Classics typically ranges from $129 to $179 per guest, excluding beverages and tax. The evening’s exact price and any optional supplements are presented at the table.

DIETARY OPTIONS

With at least 24 hours’ notice, we will do our best to accommodate most allergies. Options that naturally avoid gluten, tree nuts, shellfish, or meat are available within each course. Vegan, dairy-free, allium-free, and seed-oil-free diets cannot be accommodated. Because all food is prepared in a shared kitchen, cross-contact cannot be guaranteed. Please include all allergies and dietary restrictions in your Resy notes and confirm them with your server upon arrival.

TIMING, CANCELLATIONS & QUESTIONS

The experience is designed to unfold within the standard reservation time. Standard cancellation terms apply. Cancellations made less than four hours before the reservation are subject to a $25 per-person fee.
