A 3-tiered wine tasting with wines curated by our sommelier.

While intended to coordinate as a "wine pairing" with our dine-in menu, this wine tasting may also be enjoyed on its own. The cost is $45 per person. Each week the wine tasting offerings will change with the 4-course dine-in menu. There are no splits or substitutions with wine tastings.

 

Wine tastings may be accompanied by either our dine-in menu or snack accompaniment. The snack accompaniment is only offered with wine tastings. Kindly note our curbside menu is to-go only (no exceptions).

Reservations

Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is first-come first-served. While reservations are not required for wine tastings, they are strongly encouraged so our sommelier can prepare the wines for your visit.


To reserve your wine tasting, please call our restaurant at (865) 312-9050 on Tuesday - Saturday. No additional fees are required to reserve your tasting.

Payments

Wine tastings are not prepaid. Instead, you pay in the restaurant at the end of your wine tasting. Gift cards may be applied to your bill.

Adding to Dinner

If you plan to add the tasting as a "wine pairing" to your dinner, first make your dine-in reservation on our Resy system. Click here for details on dine-in reservations. Simply add that you intend to do the wine pairing as a special request note when making your Resy reservation.

Wine tastings are paid for in person at the end of your meal (i.e., Resy does not accept prepayments for the wine tasting). Your payment in Resy is only for your dinner.

Guest Check-In

Per Knox County Health Department guidelines, we kindly ask our guests to wear a mask other than when seated at your table. Upon arrival please remain outside until the hostess stand is available for your party, maintaining 6' distance from other guests.

We Care

We are adhering to all national (CDC, National Restaurant Association, FDA), Tennessee state, and Knox County guidelines regarding COVID-19 preparedness. Additionally, we are proud to follow the James Beard Foundation guidances for safely reopening. 

 

Also, we are the first restaurant in downtown Knoxville to install patented technology, self-cleaning air purifiers in our HVAC units. They are duct-mounted commercial air cleaners that kill pathogens like mold, bacteria, and viruses without ozone, mercury, or other harmful byproducts.⁣⁣
