This Pasta Kit Pop-Up is available for pickup (after 4 pm) on Wednesday 12/9, until sold out. There are a limited number of pop-up meal deals available, so please order early.

HOW TO ORDER

Online ordering opens at 9 pm the prior evening, until sold out. We understand these pop-ups sell out fast. The trick is to get the items in your cart and to check out quickly. Your order is non-transferable to other dates/times.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Handmade Pasta Kit

Your fresh Handmade Pasta Kit contains everything you need to make the perfect pasta dinner at home. Cook at your convenience, as the kit will keep for up to 5 days refrigerated. Instructions are included. This Handmade Pasta Kit feeds 2 for $49 and includes:

• Handmade Pasta (uncooked).Type of pasta will be announced on social media. Pasta will need to be boiled.

• Prepared ingredients for Short Rib Ragù sauce. Sauce will need to be warmed on stovetop.

• Salad with Vinaigrette. Salad will need to be mixed.

No substitutions or splits. Serves 2, although we do acknowledge that portion size preferences vary greatly.

CRAVING MORE?

Additional sides, cornbread skillet, pints of handmade ice cream, cocktails, beer, and wine may be added to your order.

PICKING UP YOUR ORDER

Walk-Up

Per Knox County Health Department guidelines, we kindly ask our guests to wear a mask when picking up your food in the restaurant. Upon arrival please remain outside until the hostess stand is available, maintaining 6' distance from other guests.

Drive-Up

When you arrive for your order you may call us at (865) 312-9050 and we will bring your order directly to your car. Please be patient as we currently have limited staffing due to capacity restrictions.

We Care

We are adhering to all national (CDC, National Restaurant Association, FDA), Tennessee state, and Knox County guidelines regarding COVID-19 preparedness. Additionally, we are proud to follow the James Beard Foundation guidances for safely reopening. 

 

Also, we are the first restaurant in downtown Knoxville to install patented technology, self-cleaning air purifiers in our HVAC units. They are duct-mounted commercial air cleaners that kill pathogens like mold, bacteria, and viruses without ozone, mercury, or other harmful byproducts.⁣⁣
